Safety Area Protection

In modern industrial production, the traditional passive defense mode of protective barriers and emergency stop buttons has revealed fatal flaws such as delayed response and blind spots in protection, making it difficult to cope with dynamically changing human-machine interaction scenarios.

To address this safety dilemma, LuminWave has introduced a 3D spatial safety protection solution centered around the D-series ToF cameras. This solution incorporates 3D spatial safety protection algorithms and can be optionally equipped with AI human separation algorithms to assist customers in quickly setting up protection zones to meet monitoring needs such as human intrusion and foreign object invasion. The aim of this solution is to provide comprehensive, high-precision spatial protection for human-machine interaction scenarios like injection machines and robotic arms, ensuring personnel safety while maintaining production efficiency.
