Cases

Filling-port Position
The project employs 3D cameras to capture point cloud data. Combined with target recognition algorithms, it outputs the coordinates of the lower container opening to devices such as PLCs, thereby achieving automatic positioning of the filling-port.

Depalletizing
The project leverages 3D ToF cameras to capture the depth information and profiles of goods. By integrating this data with automated equipment such as robotic arms, it achieves automated picking, handling, and stacking of goods. This enhances the standardization of operations and ensures consistent and uniform stacking.

Measurement of Wagon Space
This project utilizes automotive-grade industrial cameras equipped with high-performance ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensors and algorithms. It minimizes multipath interference to the greatest extent and incorporates a dust filtering algorithm to enhance the accuracy of volume measurements.

Pallet Identification
The project utilizes the D3 ToF camera, which is capable of identifying distant pallets. It achieves rapid positioning through single-shot imaging and outputs high-precision pose coordinate information at the millimeter level. This assists the AGV in adjusting its posture, enabling accurate and safe handling of goods, and thus efficiently completing loading, unloading, and handling operations.

Heavy Truck Angle Measurement
The project enhances vehicle safety by installing a 3D camera to capture the angular data between the tractor and the trailer. It outputs multidimensional data, including point clouds and infrared (IR) images. The planar measurement accuracy can be maintained at the millimeter level, thereby ensuring safe driving for novice drivers or in autonomous driving scenarios.

People Counting
The project provides real-time statistics on the number of people entering, exiting, and passing through a designated area. It offers multidimensional imagery, including depth maps and point cloud images. Equipped with capabilities for real-time data capture and behavioral analysis, it delivers precise and comprehensive people-counting services.

Safety Area Protection
The project employs the installation of 3D ToF cameras to provide real-time environmental perception at the customer's site. It detects environmental boundaries and monitors the movement trajectories of personnel, thereby preventing incidents such as unauthorized entry into restricted areas and accidental contact with equipment. This supports the establishment of a robust monitoring and prevention mechanism.

3D Measurement
The project successfully addresses several key challenges: the high cost and expensive maintenance associated with line laser solutions, the inaccurate edge precision of speckle structured light under strong illumination, and the time-consuming and imprecise nature of curtain measurement for volumetric calculations.
